Ever since I started watching 'Dance Moms' I knew I wanted to be a gymnast. I started doing gymnastics when I was around second grade. I was also one of the youngest of my group and seeing all the older girls doing flips and routines, made me try harder to become the best.

About a year passed and it was time for competitions. I tried my best at every event and when it was time to announce all the places and rankings for the events. They never called my name. Of course, being in third grade, I cried and my gymnastics teacher saw me. She ran over to the announcer and started yelling at him.

They called me up for three of the events after that. I knew i wasn't good enough and my teacher pitied me for not getting called up. I gave up on gymnastics after that.

It was a big mistake quitting on gymnastics. I could've stayed and prove my teacher I didn't need her pity to win a medal, but my skills.

I've wanted to be famous my entire life, including being a singer, model, actress. I practiced my singing pretty much every day from fourth grade all the way to seventh grade. I found a website to audition and become an actress after training. I signed up for the website thinking it was a joke but later on that night I received a call. I gave my mom my phone because the called was unknown.

I watched my mom speak in the phone and write some things on a small notebook. She hung up, telling me it was from the website I jokingly signed up for. The audition was set up for Friday at 7 pm.

The days passed and my mom and I were on our way to the auditioning place. After all the auditioning process, I passed and was ready for training. The fee was paid but I didn’t go to class, thinking I would fail miserably. Now I owe my mom a good amount of money from that.

Drawing has always been one of my passions and secret hobbies I’ve had for a long time. When I was in third grade my mom signed me up for art class. I really enjoyed art class but soon had to move from Mexico to Phoenix. I got to my first art class in fourth grade and immediately, the art teacher really pushed me to get better. One of my artworks made it to the district art show. My artwork didn’t get bought but I got a recognition for getting into the district art show. I thought I was good at drawing so I kept drawing. In fifth grade, another one of my artworks made it to the district art show. Again, it didn’t get bought but got another recognition. In sixth grade, another one got into district art show but didn’t get bought. My mom always encouraged me even though I thought I was bad at drawing. Eight grade, I thought my art teacher hated me but when she asked me if I wanted two of my artworks to be displayed on the district art show, I said yes. I was really proud of them but they didn’t get bought, again.

I’ve kind of given up by now, now and then I’ll do a small sketch of a person. My mom would get mad at me from time to time, saying I’m “wasting” one of my talents but I just shrugged it off.
