As we all know, Netflix contains numerous series and movies for entertainment; however, apart from entertainment, it also depicts life lessons and informational videos that we can reflect on. I prefer to watch movies and series that belong to these genres: fantasy, sci-fi, adventure, horror, and comedy.

These media exist for distinct reasons, but they all serve and satisfy the purposes of media, which are to inform, entertain, enlighten, and persuade. These media aid in gradually shaping individuals to be literate digital citizens, influencing both the participation and perception of the user. With the proper usage of these applications, I do believe that these media serve a great purpose in molding me into a responsible digital native.
