An insight that I've gained is that there truly are psychological effects that influencers bring to their followers. They do not notice it, but after quite some time, they begin to see that their personality, decisions and thought processes have been affected by the influencers they follow. It is something that is very subtle which is why us the audience should always be discerning when it comes to the content we consume.

upon reading the contents of the website, i've come to realize that not only do social media users experience adverse effects caused by social media influencers, but the social media influencers themselves are also experiencing tolls on their mental health because of the job industry they're in and the job they have.

They are the kind of people that shifted their identities to align themselves to their followers. This then brings about numerous psychological effects to themselves, which if not catered to, can be very dangerous to their well being.
