I am writing to you with regard to the proposal about building a new hotel on our city. After studying all the positive and negative points about it, I believe that it would make a positive effect in terms of turism and money. Nevertheless, It would surely affect the wildlife and natural environment that nature has been creating through the years in that specific area. 

Furthermore, it would affect not other species, but also ourselves. The hotel would would trigger the pollution level, and that would cause a worse quality of life to its inhabitants.

I strongly urge you to reject this project and I suggest as well spending that huge amount of money on improving our city and making us a better community.

Nowadays, we are so tired to hear feminist slogans in favour of equality that I believe it has list its true meaning. Feminism equals same opportunities, same responsabilities, same charges, same rights, same liberty to both genres. Feminism is not the overcharge of some actions seen as evil and chauvinism when all they are really are only friendly and polite. Not everything is chauvinist. When we fall in this bad misconception, most of everyday situations are seen as unequal. I reckon that this will lead us to a lack of empathy and friendly actions for the other, and in that situation we will be truly observing unequal opportunities, responsabilities, charges, rights and liberties. From my point of view it was a pretty interesting film due to the fact that it was totally surprising and  the plot was brand new compared with other previous scary films.

It is based on the story of a family that starts to shake when the little boy stops eating when he sees the inside of the box of a man in the subway. From that point, all the members except the mother are slowly dying.

Personally, as several mates commented, I reckon that there was not anything there but the death itself. When the boy observes it face to face, he is uncapable of reacting but stop eating. This has consisted on a news podcast in which all of us have been involved, dividing ourselves in several teams with their own tasks and subject (global news, celebrities gossip, sports, commercials, so on) and has been a truly fullfilling experiences for all of us because it has taught us how to work as a team and how to coordinate to do it in the best way we can. Besides, I reckon it has also been a very good example of how news reporters work and that not everything that seems so easy on a screen truly is.
