While there isn't much you can do in the event of a Fire Tornado (A flaming vortex of high winds) and there isn't much prior warning, people could attempt to redirect the flaming mass of fury into a larger body of water with the intent of defusing the Tornado. While this might remove the the fire part of the tornado, we could trap the tornado until the winds defuse. We can also attempt to keep hot and cold drafts from encountering and keep higher winds away from natural wild fires.
