(disappointed</em>)<br><strong>Amplification:</strong> Amplification refers to a literary practice wherein the writer embellishes the sentence by adding more information to it in order to increase its worth and understandability.<br>Sentence: <em>I think I’m getting sick—I’ve been experiencing terrible headaches and drainage, and I’ve just begun to develop a sore throat as well.</em></div>]]></description>
