I did not have a car yet, so my mom let me drive her grand Cherokee which is much different than the Camry. When I was leaving school, I thought I had put the car in reverse, my mom's car was more techy so I did not not realize that I had clicked it one to many times so it went back into drive. There was someone passing in front of my car and when I tapped on the gas it jolted forward and almost hit my schoolmate. I was terrified and felt so bad, I am a very careful driver and to this day, 6 years later - this is the worst error I made! Had it not been for my sister in the passenger seat it would have caused an accident. This has become something that I have gotten used to however there are times I still miss something in these blind spots.
