The explanations we heard about the park of Fort Raleigh was very interesting. We got to learn about the life of the native Americans and how the records shows it.

We went to this light house and the view near the place was great! Lighthouses might just be seen as a beautiful structure, but thinking about the influence it had on trade and transportation will be important.

The explanation about the Wright brothers was interesting as they can be thought as the main cause of globalization. The last question the ranger gave made me think about the current global world: what if they didn’t come to kitty hawk and all of this didn’t happen?

We went to the aquarium which had a lot of marine life of North Carolina. It was fun to think about what the Native Americans would have encountered in this region, and with what lives they lived together.

We learned about the history of Native Americans. It was interesting because everything was new, the history is still continued through people, and a lot of other social problems are going on regarding how the history is dealt.

In the museum of Native Americans, I found this cradleboard. We also have a similar thing in Korean that Koreans used back in the days. It was fun to compare the culture and see the similarities we have although we lived in a far away different continent.
