Whe I close my eyes I imagine that I'm working in a clinic or hospital in Switzerland or USA, and since I'm a doctor I have to speak fluently with my patients all the time so that they can understand me well, I konow that people are speaking to me and in that moment I undertand them but later I don't remember what they told me, and it's just a scene, I think
