         <description><![CDATA[<div>There might be a change in the DACA situation. Also  means around one million federal employees cannot work. Also some government services will be affected. Federal workers that are deemed non essential are sent home or are furloughed. The IRS might send home up to 45,000 employees and health department may send half of 80,000 workers.Military staff aren't sent home but wont get paid until the shutdown is over. The Interior department is hit the hardest when shutdowns happen.</div>]]></description>
