As homes were built in Trophy Club, larger ponds and lakes had to be made smaller in order to save more land for the houses. This caused ponds to become over crowed with ducks and left them no bushes to use as their habitat. Now ducks use people bushes outside of their homes. This is dangerous for ducks because of house pets like dogs and cats. Ducks are also having to cross streets and sidewalks to get to the water that they need to help them survive. They could be hit by cars or have contact with people who may not respect them and their space.

Ants were all in our houses because we were destroying there piles such as digging
them, hunting them, or just playing and destroying them
like us sometimes. Another reason is we have pantries with yummy sweet snacks and ants love that stuff. So they try to get it.

A problem in Trophy Club would be road kill animals are trying to get to there habitat.
An animal sighted most crossing roads and getting run over is a fox the fox runs to go to there habitat or to the other species for food/survival but the roads block there way so the foxes usually get run over and there population gets lower each day so there are way less foxes now because of us and our cars.

We have taken down trees which impacts the birds because they do not have a safe place to live that is why the O on top of Tom Thump there is a nest !!! The problem with that is it could fall and the birds could die.

The ponds get flatend for homes and now the ducks have no habitat so they have to find a new habitat.They move to people's pools and the people get mad,and eventully will have to give up their pool for the ducks space for the ducklings.

The roads could have holes in the road all the way down to the soil so the plants can grow even though people are still making developments for cities and towns. The plants could then grow easier but also be able to have more sunlight and clean soil. The water when there are floods on the street in would help the plants and the roads that people drive on. This road is meant to make good soil by making the soil rich because of the water and sunlight let in.

We could create green belts that would connect areas of habitats for organisms to move freely between. This would help animals find different sources of food without needing to go into people back yards. It also would help animals because they would not need to cross streets and roads in order to find new sources of food and water.

our bridge is a good idea because it will help not just deer it will also help every animal in the mountains because it can transport all of them to get to the other side.it also has grass and plants to make it look more natural.

Our plan is to make a fence around the road and have a opening for the
Deer to cross at the same time the cars will be able to go across the road without running over the deer.
There will be a railroad arms at the road and where the deer will be.we will have to put food down and the deer will eat the food and will be brought to the opening of the fence . There will be railroad arms by the deer so the deer will be safe.

Our plan is to build a bridge above the road. The fence sourounds the extra space that is not covered by the bridge. The bridge is helpful to the deer because the deer will go over the road on the bridge when the cars are on the road under the bridge. So all the deer will not get run over. The fence is so the deer don't just go on the road they will go on the bridge.

uWe will build a fence on both sides of the road and in the middle there will be a gate and a pressure plat when they step on it the gate opens and the stoplight turns red and the deer cross and if a car going to fast it will hit the speed bump and make them slow down and the deer can cross.

Our plan is to have the deer go through the tunnel when it is time for them to miagrate and there is soalar panels so the tunnel will be lit up at night. The inside of the tunnel will be made of a materal that will be strong cars go over it.there will also be drains so the tunnel will not flood.

Look at this habitat. The milkweed is important because it gives other animals hiding places so they can camouflage in and not get eaten by prey and it gives other animals food and energy. Plants help humans and other animals for oxygen and we help them by giving them oxygen they also give animals food and it grows good in Texas so animals can get food like milkweed so they can be healthy and have energy to live.

Wheat is mainly a important native plant because it is something that animals and humans can both eat for vitamins. You should plant wheat more because it is native and it gives us food to eat with vitamins to keep us healthy and energized. This is a cactus .It is Texas native plant. This Cactus does not need a lot of water because when it rains the water stays in there stem.But it steel needs water . That is one reason we can plant a cactus here in Trophy Club.It also needs a lot of sun. And animals are used to eating this type of plant.It also helps us human-seat. This cactus is a South West cactus

(Red Oak) We should plant this tree because it is native to Texas which means that native insects eat on it for food. It doesn't have very many illnesses that it can get which makes it live longer and grow bigger. It is easily planted in new locations and it is easily planted in different types of soils. It's roots don't grow very large so it can be planted in small areas, such as next to a sidewalk. Which makes it a good tree to grow in Texas because it lives well in our state giving us shade, gives a habitat for plants, insects and animals, and can be used for furniture, flooring and the wood that makes your house.
