         <description><![CDATA[<div>Astronauts wear space suits that help regulate their body's temperature and also protect them from space and from the pressure during flights.<br>EMU: extravehicular mobility unit that astronauts wear outside of the spaceship. The suits contain a microphone and headphone for communication and oxygen and water. <br>MMU: manned maneuvering unit. A special backpack that is worn with the EMU suits.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Eating in Space</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>With no gravity, eating can be difficult depending on the food. You can't even salt your food or the salt will float away! <br>Some foods are made by adding water and some are similar to the food we eat on Earth. <br>Astronauts need to focus on staying healthy by eating nutritious foods to have energy to do their work.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Free Time and Staying Healthy</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>To stay entertained and occupy their minds, astronauts do many things. <br>Many astronauts play games with their crewmates, watch movies,  and watch sunsets and sunrises from space.<br><br>Staying healthy and active is hugely important for astronauts because gravity is not working their muscles the same as it does on Earth. They can become weak. <br>Astronauts exercise every day by using equipment like exercise bikes and weight machines. </div>]]></description>
