Therefore for our music video we think that there will be no need to have make-up for the male however for the female we would need make-up for her. This is due to the stereotypical choices for women is to have make-up but it is normally not too extreme but realistic for the average person. For the Mise-en-scene it would include the costume, lighting, actors, make-up and props. There are typical conventions and stereotypes that are seen in this genres music videos. For the costume stereotypically the women in the music video are seem to be wearing little clothing and being subjective to the male gaze due to normally wearing short shorts or bikinis which can be seen in videos of Fifth Harmony and Ariana Grande’s.
