         <description><![CDATA[<div>Quakers saw god in everyone so this allowed the quakers to teach everyone and it did not matter the race or gender of the person. This kept schools very diverse in a lot of ways. Because the Quakers saw God in everyone it created an atmosphere  of tolerance and openness. </div>]]></description>
