         <title>Response to Intervention (RTI): a multitiered approach to proactively providing services and interventions to struggling learners, targeting especially core subjects like reading, at increasing levels of intensity. RTI can be used for making educational decisions and creating a system of instruction. RTI is a type of MTSS and includes all of the components of MTSS.</title>
