         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today’s rehearsal started off with our warm up of stretching, abs and cardio.<br>To begin we started with a brisk walk around the studio trying to maintain the 2 meter distance. The walk then proceeded into a run which I struggled with but didn’t stop. As we slowed back into a walk to find a space we proceeded with star jumps. During the star jumps I twisted my foot but carried on and maintained the pace as best as I could. <br>During the ab workouts my back started to hurt but instead of completely giving up I stretched forward and started again. <br>Once the warm up was completed we found ourselves a space across the studio and went through positions. Starting off in parallel keeping feet shoulder width apart and keeping hips , knees and feet all in line imagining being on a train track. I’m order to you’re in the correct position slightly bending the knees and the knees should be over the toes. <br>From parallel we then went into first position keeping heels together and turning out the toes not too wide but not too in just relying on natural turn out. Moving from first position into second keeping feet pointed the same direction only moving one leg out to widen the gap. <br>Once the positions were completed we went on to do arm-swings which practices keeping the parallel position while moving the upper part of your body. The arm swings were repeated in four sets of four first  set was normal , second raising left leg, third was raising right leg and fourth ending with a raise. During these exercises I found I kept losing my parallel position and I need to really focus on concentrating on all parts of my body. <br>With time left after the exercise we began to learn a sequence ( video below). Starting off going into a rise  into a deep lunge turning lifting leg and scooting then placing hands flat and windmilling right leg across and standing and finishing strong. <br><br><strong><em>Strengths </em></strong></div><ul><li>Throughout the warm up I feel improvement within cardio and not stopping. </li><li>During the parallel exercise I kept a good position in place and showed a good understanding for the position.</li></ul><div><strong><em>Weaknesses</em></strong></div><ul><li>Whilst completing the arm swings I kept moving out of the parallel position.</li><li>During the sequence I need to point my right foot as I bring it out and stretch it high</li><li>With the scoot I needn’t remember the right leg to come under.After the scoot I need to place my hands flat and raise the leg higher than I did.</li></ul><div><br><strong><em>Targets for next lesson</em></strong></div><ul><li>Place hands flat on the floor. </li><li>Lift my leg higher.</li><li>Not give up on anything and to push myself as far as I can go in warm up.<br>👻👻👻/10</li></ul><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Today’s class began with a video warm up of joe wicks 20 minute hiit. <br>Following on from the warm up we looked at a video posted to teams of the completed sequence and rehearsed what we knew and added on what we could. We knew up to handstand hop and attempted to go beyond that to the shoulder stand. <br><br><strong><em>Strengths <br></em></strong><em>Deep plie at the beginning <br>I gave the shoulder stand an attempt <br><br></em><strong><em>Weaknesses <br></em></strong><em>Need to keep my leg straight in windmill after the scoot <br>Point my foot and turn out for the step turn. <br><br></em><strong><em>Todays rating</em></strong><em><br>👻👻👻/10 </em></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Beginning with our usual warm up of cardio, such as star jumps and stretching. <br>Also completed 2 minute push up and 2 minute sit up challenge. I was able to do 23 push ups and 56 sit ups in the 2 minutes we were given for each exercise. <br>Moving on to the phrase we learned. We rehearsed it up to the handstand hop multiple times,  and performed it in groups going back and forth straight in as one group finished. <br><br><strong><em>Strengths <br></em></strong><em>I put my effort into the handstand hop.<br><br></em><strong><em>Weaknesses <br></em></strong><em>Need to work on the scoot and getting the leg over.<br>Need to work on keeping my foot by my knee in the turn. <br><br></em><strong><em>Today’s rating <br>👻👻👻👻/10 </em></strong><em><br></em><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>warming up through stretching, cardio and sit ups preparing for the lesson ahead. once we warmed up we learned a new arm swing sequence which contains 4 knee bounces. during these swings I felt I was able to complete it well for the first time. <br>once we completed the arm swings it was on to our phrase. rehearsing this as much as we could and performed it. during the phrase i tried to make my leg straight for the windmill over.<br>my targets for next lesson will be to straighten my leg completely and to be able to do the handstand hop. also to maintain the turn out of my leg in the step turn and keep my foot at the back of my knee. <br><strong><em>strengths<br></em></strong><em>was able to complete the phrase without giving up if I went wrong.<br>give 100% effort into everything I did.<br></em><strong><em>weaknesses <br></em></strong><em>need to turn out my leg more on the turn.<br>need to work on pointing my foot at all times. <br>👻👻👻👻/10</em></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>todays lesson began with a quick warm up of cardio and stretching. <br>we went through our phrase and arm sequences as best as we could in preparation for being recorded for our mid term assessments. <br>we recorded the arm swing sequences on our own and gave feedback for ourselves after. <br>we performed the phrase as 2's and then on our own. the phrase was recorded 3 times each time with a difference we wished to create. once the recordings were complete we moved on to do the shoulder stand and could add it on to our phrase to be recorded if we wanted to. <br><strong><em>strengths <br></em></strong><em>I believe that I attempted the shoulder stand at the end well even though I was nervous to.<br>also another good thing I feel I did was <br>making a difference in every time i recorded. I  gave all my effort and strength into it and even hurt my foot which bruised midway but continued as if nothing ever happened.<br></em><strong><em>targets</em></strong><br>I need to be less cautious when coming to the handstand hop and take a risk and think to myself that nothing will happen when I do it.<br>👻👻👻👻/10</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>todays lesson began with a joe wicks warm up and then continued to work on the italia conti sequence from last week. today I feel I did better because I spent more time on sections instead of running it all through and not being able to complete certain moves.&nbsp;<br>I would say my targets foe next time is to slow the pace and not rush the parts of the phrase I do know to help build muscle memory and to not mark it all the way through.&nbsp;<br>👻👻/10<br><br></div>]]></description>
