It is crucial that these assessment days are carried out as if they were not, this could mean that the employees hired are not capable of completing there role properly and to the correct standard. Additionally, another implication could be that the crew do not receive the correct training and learn where they need to improve.

Before the assessment I was nervous as I had never done anything like this before. To try and relax me I went through answers I had prepared in advance and tried to memorize them. I did feel more confident knowing that I had prepared properly and practiced answers to questions that could come up during the interview. Whilst doing the assessment, I was still nervous however I believe my strengths were remaining calm and remembering most of the key facts. However, if I were to do the assessment again, I would develop my answers to the interview questions ensuring that I have not missed out anything of importance.
