Reflective practice provides teachers with a "safe" channel for seeking help, which aligns with our collaborative culture. The fact that TEs provides personalized feedback through comment reflection logs mentioned in the text is of great value. In the teaching environment of China, teachers are often busy dealing with daily teaching, inspections and competitions. It may take courage to "openly admit that one doesn't understand". But the reflection log is like a low-risk "private space", just like a trusting exchange within a teaching and research group. I can, like P5 in REP, write in my reflection: "I tried the gamified word teaching in the research, but the classroom discipline got out of control. Why?" Thus, one can obtain targeted guidance from experts rather than general theories. This "reflective feedback" cycle based on real confusion yields much greater benefits than traditional training.
