Diversity can be defined as people coming together from different races, nationalities, religions and sexes to form a group, organization or community. A diverse organization is one that values the difference in people. It is one that recognizes that people with different backgrounds, skills, attitudes and experiences bring fresh ideas and perceptions. Diverse organizations encourage and harness these differences to make their services relevant and approachable. Diverse organizations draw upon the widest possible range of views and experiences so it can listen to and meet the changing needs of its users. The encouragement of diversity benefits society. Diversity means that there are a lot of different kinds of things. Just like there are different types of cars, and animals, there are different types of people, which means there is diversity among people. Diversity is everywhere. The great thing about diversity is that it makes the world an interesting place! How boring would it be if everyone was the same?

All people are different. People have different looks and bodies, but that does not mean that makes them diverse. Things that can make people diverse from each other are: religion, language, cultural traditions, and beliefs. Diversity is everywhere. Just look around!

Human rights

Human rights are natural justices that every person is born with. Every person has their own rights and all should be treated equally. As we are all humans and we all live on this earth together. If only people could starting thinking more like this in their everyday life we would live in a much more peaceful world. We believe diversity is the main problem when it comes to human rights. Everyone wants to believe that their way of living is the right way and everyone has the right to live the way they choose.

Education 'Education for Diversity "helps primary school teachers in the curriculum to include multiethnic and multicultural themes to strengthen the link between school and home, and to encourage children to understand and appreciate diversity, critical thinking and to recognize stereotypes and prejudices which are exposed to, and develop the ability to non-aggressive response to prejudice or injustice they experience they or their peers. The seminar lasts 24 teaching hours and is carried out for three days, usually on weekends

Human rights are directly related to diversity. You may not think of it right away but diversity is who we are as human beings. Each of us are unique and we have our own ways of living. While human rights are the protection given to humans to be different. In other words, we are simply allowed to be who we are as people because of human rights.
