    School-wide initiatives - Guest Speakers. Presentations at subject choice events. Mini company open to all. Business posters around campus.  Individual feedback at parent teacher events. Display CBA work on classroom walls further promoting the subject.

    What does it means for Students - More students taking the subject as an option. More informed students so less changes of options further down the line.

    Classroom strategies in action - Group projects, student led discussions, exponential learning, co-operative learning, feedback.

    • Liaise with other departments to identify common areas.
    • decide upon common approach. e.g. calculations 
    • Ability to produce more in-depth CBAS that can be used in 2/3 subjects and avoid 'death by CBA'. 
    • Produce a document like the LCA Key Assignment document which identifies common areas/topics. (Perhaps the JCT could do this?????)
