Friday, April 26, 2019  5:30-8:00 p.m.
Entrance fee and pizza: $6 (prepaid) ; each additional family member pays $2. Entrance fee at door is $7. Candy, drink, popcorn, and pickles can be purchased for $1 each.
Check on speaker performance in gym to assure volume is sufficient for movie presentation.

Thanks to Ms. Munday for organizing an exciting pep rally!  The kids had a great time!
Thoughts for next year- since the Bay Bears will be gone, we might want to ask a local high school or college to provide tickets to a game for the kids. 

Career Fair- Ms. Peake (Soon to be Mrs. Smith) is organizing this event and will provide additional details at a later time.

Movie night- Friday, May 3rd 
Arrival Time: 5:30; movie begins at 5:45
Signed Liability Waiver must be collected at the door. (Rivers will generate waiver.)
Pricing: $3.00 per person (price includes movie and popcorn)
Concession Stand Pricing- chips, drinks, pickles, additional popcorn are $1.00 each; candy is $2.00; pizza is $2.00/slice.
St. Elmo Families are encouraged to attend; however, a student may be dropped off for the movie night.*For safety purposes, no one will be allowed to exit the gym for any reason, except for parents leaving to go home with their children. St. Elmo teachers will be stationed at the gym doors monitoring exit traffic.
