         <description><![CDATA[<div>A talker is more of a high-tech strategy that incorperates low-tech. Once a student has masters the PECs system the talker gives them a voice behind the pictures. The student puts the pictures on the device and presses the buttons. Each picture has a tag and is recongized by the device. </div>]]></description>

The person receiving the communication picks the letter. There is a light under each letter. If it is the correct letter the student will blink their eyes. This is a great communication device for those who can not use other aac devices. </div>]]></description>
