Our service is for parents and carers of neurodivergent children age 5-24 years old who live in City Edinburgh.

What can we support with?

We can provide a sounding board and listening ear from a skilled and experienced support worker. We can provide access to information, resources and guidance as needed. We can also refer you to our own or partner services where suitable or signpost you to other services

What are sessions like?

Advice sessions usually last 30 minutes. You can come prepared with questions you'd like to ask or topics you'd like to talk about or we can just have a chat on the day. It is fine if you aren't entirely sure what you would like to speak about or what support you are looking for. We can help you to explore this.

The staff member you are speaking to will take notes of useful information or links to other supports to share with you after the meeting.

This six-week group helps parents and carers navigate the challenges of autism post-diagnosis. Sessions offer practical advice in a supportive group setting, either in person or online.

Post Diagnosis Sessions

We can offer 3 hours of post diagnostic support to parents and carers. This time can be split up however suits you best. We can talk about neurodivergence, your child's diagnosis, discuss strategies or signpost you to other services. These sessions are tailored to your needs.

ADHD Parent Course

After diagnosis parents and carers may have a lot of questions about ADHD and how to manage their child’s needs. This six-week group provides content that is specific and most relevant to an ADHD diagnosis.

Siblings Group

This group for children with a neurodivergent siblings runs one Saturday morning a month.

We learn about neurodivergence, play games and have fun.

When you get here

When you arrive you will be asked to sign in at reception. The member of staff you are seeing will then be made aware you have arrived. They will come to the reception area to meet you and take you through to one of our meeting rooms.
