The book gives realistic situations and very good details. In the story, Mrs. Meyers judges Xander the first time she met him, when she didn't even know who he actually was. I can relate because I have done the exact same thing, and now some of the people are my favorite people to be with.I would recommend this book to people around the ages of 13-18. Xander Spence: Xander is a ruch guy, and also Caymen's boyfriend. He is very caring to Caymen, but he has some stress. He is one of the people that doesn't mind Caymen's sarcasm.

Skye: Skye is Caymen's best friend. She is dating a guy that is scrawny, has greasy hair, and a very pointy nose. He is in a band and plays the guitar.

Mrs. Meyers: Mrs. Meyers is Caymen's mom. She runs a business called "Dolls and More". Caymen & her mother never had a lot of money. They were poor. Caymen grew up not having many things. As Caymen grew up, they still never had much money. This conflict is a Person vs. Society.

Xander 's parents only accepted Caymen because they thought that she came from money. Caymen is genuinely a very nice person, and when Xander's parents finally realize this they accept her for who she is, not because they thought she was rich. This conflict is Person vs. Person.
