Will Kirchhoff

I find the clash of old and new culture in japan to be quite interesting. Its a very grey battle between two very different entities. Seeing as how they are similar, its hard to distinguish between them at times as they are adsorbed into each other. In the end it creates something totally new and alive.

This has meaning for me since i have started watching anime. Media is often reflective of its respective culture. Anime embraces many traditional cultural aspects of japan, while subverting and changing it. It creates a cool and immersive world that gives me immeasurable and varied pleasure.
