I think we should provide a clear descripotion of all the regular CDIO activities - what they are for - how they work - how to be involved - and what participants can gain.

Could we get participants to do a brief problem solving exercise? Put people together with people they haven't met before - show hoe friendly CDIO is and how good we are working together 😀

curent plan is for a 60 minute session but we might get 90 minutes to allow for more discussion and relationship building
