I really liked all of the videos, they all helped and made me feel calm and relaxed. My favorite one and the one that worked the best for me is the breathing exercise video.
As far as I know breathing exercises bring so many benifits; it calms down anxiety, helps you sleep better, and it's almost like a natural painkiller.

How each video made me feel:

*15 min yoga*
1. It was relaxing, but at times uncomfortable.

*5 minute breathing exercise*
2. It was alright, but I feel like there was too much body movement and it's supposed to be about breathing.

*Breathing Exercises for Stress Relief*
3. This one was very eassy and it helped me stop being so tense, the music in the background also helped, and she was sort of wispering which made me feel more comfortable and peaceful. This one was my favorite, I might actually do this onthe daily to help calm my anxiety or even anxiety attacks.

Listening to music improves performance when working on another task and if it is a slow beat it will help with your memory and if it is a faster song then you will work faster, all this according to the article, and lastly if the song you are listening to has complex lyrics you might actually get distracted
2. Music can reduce stress when it is a slow or meditative song because it has an impact on human stress response and the autonomic nervous system.
3. Listening to music can help for weight loss, this is because it can help you to eat less and this is because music creates a more relaxed setting.

Looking at the three yoga videos, I realized that my favorite was the "15 minute Morning Yoga for Beginners 🔥 WEIGHT LOSS edition 🔥 Beginners Yoga Workout" because it helps relax more muscles and makes me have more physical activity. I love doing full-body workouts because it has a bit of everything. The other two videos were a bit boring for me because both were just sitting exercises. One was only a breathing exercise which wasn't that fun, and the other made me want to stand up. According to TNN (2020), physiology has taught us that movement and deep breathing help improve blood flow, calm anxiety, sleep better, increase energy level, improve posture, reduce inflammation, and relax the mind/body. I will recommend my favorite videos to my friends.

Tuning in to music improves execution when chipping away at another assignment and in the event that it is a sluggish beat it will assist with your memory and assuming it is a quicker melody, you will work quicker, such a lot of as per the article, and ultimately if the tune you are tuning in to has complex verses you may really get occupied. Music can diminish pressure when it is a lethargic or reflective tune since it affects human pressure reaction and the autonomic sensory system. Music helps you sleep better, improves your motivation on whatever your doing.

I've always liked to read, so it wasn't as difficult as I thought to complete the yoga exercises. My favorite one was the second breathing exercise video because it calmed be down and somehow cleared my mind, just like reading does. The other two videos weren't exactly enjoyable for me because one lasted 15 minutes and it included some uncomfortable positions just like the first breathing video that consisted of more body movement than actual relaxation. In regards to how does psychology taught us the benefits of breathing and exercise, Entertainment Times (2020) states the following, "Taking just a few moments each day to practice some deep breathing exercises can decrease stress, relax your mind, body and can help you sleep better." (pg.1)
