         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dancing in canon is a choreography technique where one dancer dances a movement phrase from beginning to end and the subsequent dancers begin the same movement phrase at periodic interval (Teaching Canon in the Dance Classroom |, 2020).<br>To break it down a bit more simply...dancing in canon is doing the same dance moves but beginning at different times, one dancer after another.<br>Ever tried the Mexican wave? This is an example of performing a move in canon! <br><strong><em>Activity</em></strong>: try the Mexican Wave with your group. Can you create the wave effect? </div>]]></description>
