         <description><![CDATA[<div>1- <strong>safety</strong> <br>for all Emergency medical technician/ paramedics it is so important to see the safety of the scene.<br><br><br>2- <strong>PPE </strong><br>gloves, goggles, gown, vest, helmet, face shield.<br><br><br>3- <strong>Hazards and danger</strong> <br>look at the scene and avoid any danger as possible such as electricity, weapons, fire, atmospheric, disaster.<br><br><br>4-<strong> Backup</strong><br>ask how many casualty or patient just incase if help is needed or additional equipment is needed.<br><br><br>5- <strong>Nature of illness</strong> <br>mechanism of injury (trauma), determines the chief complaint -symptom, problem, condition, diagnosis, physician-recommended return, or other reason for a medical encounter.</div>]]></description>
