District has developed a streamlined iPad deployment, management, and support model that will serve as a guide for SFUSD as we have more schools go 1:1 with technology.  Great collaboration with other VILS districts like Knox County around IT support of iPads.

Piloting a new paperless online model for VILS paperwork this year.

In the Learning Commons, we run a large, varied Maker Space. Multiple engaging stations. It's packed out every morning. 

Continue to build on Personalized Learning. Pushing teachers to lean on Student Voice. Create a feedback loop for the students to be a greater partner in their learning. This should also play out in higher levels of student agency. Our goal is that students know who they are as learners through data profiles and know how to access digital content to grow as learners. We also continue to explore flexible pacing in delivery of content and the pace at which students access it and master it.
