Side Problem: From the ten options I was given most of them are connecting with random people or groups on the internet and don't allow for video conferences. When I rethought about my task I realized I was told to find a place for the the employees to "meet", which I assumed meant video conference with but wasn't actually required. After this new understanding of my task I thought about what would help the team communicate easier on an virtual site.

At first I was looking at sites that had a reputation for business. While looking through the options LinkedIn didn't meet my personal requirement for video conference so it was marked off. While Facebook did, thinking about Waking Up,INC I felt that they could make a professional page for the small group and interact through there so that it is professional even though it would be on social media. And finally Skype met both requirements being both able to have video conferences and professional.

1. The company buys the Skype Business for only $2 per person.

2.Using the employees Microsoft accounts they get added to the business's Skype plan and connect with their small group. 

3. Before using the online meeting tool the small group will go through how to work it as a group so that all the members know how to use it. 

4. The leader of the small group or a designated person will send a link to the small group with instructions on when to get on for the meeting.
