Who are we missing?  We are missing stating that we are HSI, lack statement that we include students of color (to enroll, serve and educate racially and economically students of color)
We can't just say we are an HSI - we have to say who we serve.
Is our mission grounded in anti-racist and anti-oppressive ideologies?
