Facing that darkness alone can daunting and you may have been feeling stuck in that place for a while. As a therapist, I view our work together as collaborative and focus on your needs as a client. We will try to hone in on your strengths to navigate getting through obstacles life throws your way. In addition, I take a multicultural approach and seek to understand the many intersectionalities of the person as a whole. I am particularly interested in working with pre-teens, teens, adult individuals and couples. 
 
I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish. If you speak either of those or want to mix the two, I welcome that! My background has informed my work and it has made me passionate, compassionate, and dedicated to supporting my clients navigate life’s most difficult stressors.
