-From the video I've deducted that in order to learn something you need to repeat it over and over again to yourself, without interruption, so that it will be passed from your short-term memory onto your long-term memory. The process of repeating it over and over again is none as maintenance rehearsal. So, without your memory/memory process you wouldn't be able to store the information you learn.

- To store the information you learn in your long-term memory you can also organize it in a meaningful way, like in the video how he organized their names based on their job titles, placing Libby Bell at the top because she's the President of the company. You can also associate a certain picture with someone's name or certain words, this process is called elaborative rehearsal. In the video he associated the Liberty Bell with Libby Bell's name to be able to remember it easier. So when learning new things you can associate pictures with them or organize them in a certain way to be able to remember them better.
