1. They can get it from bucks that spred there urine or fluids, Plant material and carying birds.

5. They use antibodies to detect the prions. The ask the hunters for samples and they test them in a lab. Swabing them
6. CWD in deer decline in the population, Other animals are suciptable to the disease but elk are somewhat resistant, But can still get it. In deer farms you loose a lot of revenue because they have to wipeout the popultion. Humans are not really a risk to humans.
