They use antibodies to detect the prions. The ask the hunters for samples and they test them in a lab. Swabing them <br>6. CWD in deer decline in the population, Other animals are suciptable to the disease but elk are somewhat resistant, But can still get it. In deer farms you loose a lot of revenue because they have to wipeout the popultion. Humans are not really a risk to humans. </div>]]></description>
