Leaders are individuals who have followers, a constituency, or simply a group of people whom they can influence. A community builder needs to know who the leaders are in a group in order to get support for his community building work. And it also affects to members because It offers mutual influence, community members have influence and are influenced by one another. It has shared needs and a shared commitment to meeting them. It has a shared emotional connection,members share common history, experiences, and support.
