I liked the fact that Reimert shared the link to his website, allowing us to access it as we may need. He was very confident in his delivery, the content was explained well and in detail. I enjoyed that he did not read directly from the slides, but just used it as a guide. He provided us with good visual aids, however he audio was broken - which was no fault of his, it was just connection issues. Reimert spoke in a tone to keep you interested in the content. Content was a little limited but the game was extremely engaging and interesting. I enjoyed playing it very much. The game was very educational and fun. It really required learners to pay attention to the content that was taught. Overall, I enjoyed this lesson a lot, I think both the website and the game was on point.

Wesley's rationale was excellent. It was very detailed and explains everything, including the struggles that learners could face when doing mathematics. His lesson slides are very creative, colourful and has many visuals to aid his discussion. Wesley explained his sum well, he made it more understandable. I enjoyed that I was able to learn some calculations for watching Wesley's slides today. I really liked the game that Wesley included, it was fun and competitive. It really pushes learners to want to do better, to try get the answer correct.

The rationale was detailed. Reece's presentation layout was really eye catching. The video that he had started with was educational in a fun way - showing the danger of playing with electricity. Throughout teaching the lesson - Reece kept asking questions and keeping us interactive. I feel that he included a lot of important aspects, also showing us maps and the actual plant of Eskom. I think that was a good idea. Each slide did not have an overbearing amount of information, there was a balance between content and images. The content was focused and detailed. Reece provided visual aids through using a second video of the actual equipment. The slides provided us with ways to reduce electricity usage and how to save it. I enjoyed that he added in a recap. However, in step 6 - the yellow block with writing was hard to see. His online activity could have been a little longer and maybe instead of giving learners homework - he could have asked learners to draw on a interactive slide, he could give them a few minutes to list the progress and how we can conserve electricity.

Rationale is clear and concise. It makes sense and lays out all that will be covered.

Content is clear and relatable, with regards to what resources are. I found it fruitful when you linked the natural resources to our everyday lives.

Renewable resources definition was clear and easy to understand.

The presentation itself was beautifully laid out and illustrations were pretty.

Non-renewable resources was also explained in depth and easy to understand

Rationale was quick and i found it clear and too the point.

The presentation is bright and i found the illustrations helpful. The explanation of content is easy to understand.

The history of the content was insightful as I did not know about some of the information.

The game was fun and engaging. It tested our knowledge and was very informative.

The rationale was good and allowed for a clear pathway of how the lesson would be taught.

I liked the video, it was funny yet informative about the entire process.

The second video was also very interesting and informative as well. I learnt alot about turbines and the history of it.

The activity needed just a bit more depth, but i appreciated the fact that it wasnt a generic game that was used, but rather something that was made from scratch.

I really loved that you used a website rather than all the other traditional online tools. I thought that is was fun and refreshing.

overall good delivery of the slice of content. i really did learn more about slavery and what was traded back then.

i had fun with your game and found the concept quite cool.

The only issues that i had was with the clarity of your audio/ the internet connection as i missed bits and pieces of the presentation. overall, well done good job and i quite enjoyed it.

The rationale went into really great detail. i was really able to understand all the thinking behind the lesson planning. i was also enlightened to concepts that i was not ware of which really made it stand out to me.

i just had some difficulty as to when you transitioned over to your actual lesson.

i found your game incredibly fun to play, it really makes you want to get to the correct answer and i love that the bike visually slows down when you get the answer wrong.

The rationale was very clear and concise making it easy to understand what content would be covered. I enjoyed the content you covered and the way that you went about linking the content to real life scenarios.

I rarely struggled to follow the lesson or to understand what was being taught.

The presentation was colourful and attractive, incorporating relevant illustrations and images.

The only criticism I might give was some sound issues with the YouTube video and slight hesitation when you spoke here and there. These were however very minor and overall I thought your lesson was excellent and informative. Well done!

Great presentation made for the rationale.

It was so clear I had no confusion as to what you wanted to teach, how you wanted to teach it and why. Probably the best and most detailed rationale of the day.

I appreciated your explanation about maths anxiety, linking it to content we covered within our course.

The online game you had us play was very fun and the competitive nature really motivated me to think on my feet to try and complete the problems quickly because I wanted to win.

Good rationale that helped me understand your reasoning for the choices made in your lesson such as how you detailed your reasoning for using the ICT tools that you did.

Nice and short video that explains but does not fully give away.

Your slides were colourful with excellent graphics used.

I appreciated the use of ESCOM systems to explain your content, linking it specifically to a South African context.

Fun and creative homework activity that also assesses ICT knowledge.
