4. Mrs. Siti Nor at level 1 (e- caruman) has assigned a new job that deals with letters that will be mailed to KWSP members. The letters are on I-Saraan, one of the products that KWSP encourages its members to purchase in order to raise their contribution.
5. I-saraan is a voluntary contribution to enable self-employed members to make contributions for retirement purposes. The best thing about this I-saraan is that members who contribute themselves will receive additional contributions from the government.
