Adolf Hitler was an Autocratic leader. He took control of everyone, he told them exactly what to do, he made all of the decisions for everyone. He made his decisions based off of his judgement and what he wanted to do. He took control over everyone. This is exactly what an Autocratic leader does. He was a leader that everyone knows about and who is very familiar to us, what he did would make since as to why he was an autocratic leader. I think he was an autocratic leader because he wanted everything to go his way, he wanted to be in charge of everything and everyone.

Bonaparte was a fantastic leader. He controlled a whole empire all by himself and spread it across Europe within three years of him being in power. He made all of the decisions by himself because he was the leader. He controlled everyone but most of the people really liked him. So even though he controlled everything and made all the decisions. He handled all of the problems as well. People in France didn't like Feudalism and he cared for the people so he abolished it. So he was a good leader but he was also an Autocratic leader. I think that he was an autocratic leader because he wanted to be over people to help them. He was a really good leader even though he was an autocratic one.

Martha Stewart was an Autocratic leader and business woman. She was very demanding. Although she had an autocratic business style she was very successful. She rules over her business empire. She is very successful but in her "empire" she is very rude, she would plan everything amongst herself, she made all the decisions by herself, and she would demand all of the people that worked for her with specific instructions. I think she chose this style because she wanted to rule over everyone and be the top dog.

George Washington: Democratic

Pres. Washington was a Democratic leader. He showed his democratic leadership early in his career. He appointed strong leaders in to his staff instead of doing everything himself and making all the decisions. He didn't serve a third term just for the fact that he knew it was time to pass the torch down to someone else and let them take on the role as the leader. I think he chose this style because he wanted others to be a part of the lead, and be able to do things that they normally wouldn't be able to do. He was a great leader and did a lot of great things.

Pres. Jimmy Carter was a formal naval commander. He had both qualities and downfalls of his democratic leadership as president. He surrounded himself with experience leaders in his staff but besides that and letting them do things he could have done some things better when acting authoritatively. I think he chose the democratic way because he wanted to make sure that they people around him were able to interact with different things and be able to be a "leader".

Eleanor Roosevelt was a U.S first lady. She was married to Franklin D. Roosevelt. She took a step and gave press conferences and spoke about human rights, children's causes, etc. she took the role to tell others to stand up and take action for these causes. She worked on behalf of the League of Woman Voters. She helped others and I think that's why she was democratic, it was because she wanted to encourage others to take a stand.

He was a Laissez-Faire "leader" because he believed in choosing expert and talented people to run business. He opposed government interventions. He a decent innovator though.

Mr. Buffet surrounded himself with people who creatively and adequately preformed their tasks without his help. He wouldn't butt in unless there was a problem and even then he wouldn't get involved so that his people could learn from their mistakes. He gave little guidance towards his people so they would learn things on their own. That is why he was a Laissez-Faire leader.
