Hearing about students' home lives makes me thankful for my own wonderful circumstances. I am also thankful that children with so much need have such great adults (that would be you) in their lives!

I met with the paras who work with my caseload students during our weekly meeting today and I am so very thankful to be working with such kind, caring, hard working, professional individuals.

Patti - there were 25 turkeys in my backyard last night and we watched them take off into the trees to roost for the night. Bedtime! This morning I watched them fly down from the trees and gather in my backyard again....

Using Google Forms, I was able to grade an assessment and speak to two students that failed about what they need to do to meet the standard, all in one class period.

Watching one of my "special needs" students properly demonstrate every task that I asked her to do! She did such an awesome job!
