Everyday at 6:00 everyone has to pray for 10 minutes even the kids. Everyday the kids 16 and under have to play outside for at least an hour. Jelly donuts, orange flavored items, and grape flavored items are banned. Everyone eats healthy everyday except for Saturdays. You have to go to the gym for at least an hour and 30 minutes.
