I think everyone always has to improve on our virtues, in my case, I have to develop my Tranquillity because sometimes, I have less, patience and I must be a quiet person. Another of my virtues that I have to improve is Moderation because when I'm angry, I don't have moderation with my actions and words.

Therefore, I have to be patient all the time that, they were playing and I think for today it was a virtue because I thought and breathe deep and said no get angry all the time we can solve our problems and conflicts, I hope to put in practice this virtue immediately for the rest of my life.
The second one is Moderation because, in some circumstances, I don't have moderation with my words I used to be a cruel person with my words.

Cleanliness
Today I put this virtue because when I return to the University I clean all my room then I clean my backyard also I washed my dirty clothes then I felt better because I like to see my room clean.

Temperance.
Today in the afternoon, I wanted to buy a drink polar pop but, I remembered that I was put in practice the 13 virtues so, I prefer no waste my money and save it to an emergency that I need my money.

Sincerity
This virtue was a big problem with because today one of my uncles came to my house to talk about something that happened and that bring it to me a lot of problems and I spoke with him with all the sincerity after that I felt more comfortable and happy because we can solve our indifferences.

This virtue, in my opinion,  it is a waste of time to me because nowadays I focused on my studies and duties as a student and I decided I will give it the time.
