The media in the Western countries pictures Africa wrongly. In Western media Africa is shown as poor and that most countries face civil war, which is not the case in reality.

The aid given is mostly not really helping. Instead trade and local entrepeneurship would be preferred.

No thanks to aid? Why?

He kind of tells us, that we shouldnt aid, as the governments are missusing the aid, not talking to their people, about where and what the money should be used for. The money is being used to feed the government (workers) (the governments is the wealthiest). So the money is being used up by governments before it comes out to the people?
