This song connects to the feuding families in Romeo and Juliet because when Romeo kills Tybalt, the montigues want to kill Romeo. This is like the pain Justin felt and the pain that the girl left him is going to feel.

Romeo killed Tybalt and took vengeance just like bleeding through is singing about. Romeo tried to avoid a fight but Tybalt wouldn’t allow it so it caused things to get out of hand. Bleeding through describes the pain of seeking vengeance

You can call him up and he will take care of the guy for you. This connects to Romeo and Juliet when Romeo is going to Juliet's grave to kill himself when he kills Paris. Paris was going to marry Romeos wife so when all his emotions for her death mix with his anger towards Paris, he ends up killing him.
