         <description><![CDATA[<div>Using a sock ball, throw to a  target. <br><br>Equipment: <br>1 sock ball<br>4 paper plates or 4 sheets of paper<br>scotch tape<br>8 feet of space for throwing<br><br>1. Tape one paper plate on a wall, a door, a chair or couch<br>2. Place another plate on the floor 6 feet from the plate that's taped to the wall.<br>3. Place the 3rd and 4th plate on floor 7 feet and 8 feet from target<br>on wall. <br><br>Challenge<br>1. Start by standing next to the plate nearest the target (6ft). <br>2. Throw the sock ball aiming at center of the plate on the wall. You must hit the target before you move to the next plate.<br>3. After hitting target, step back to the next plate (7ft) and throw at target until you hit it.<br>4. Now move to the plate that is 8ft from target. Throw until you hit it.<br>5. How many times can you hit the target in 1 minute?</div>]]></description>

Step forward with front foot and projecting our arm and body forwards as we throw the object puts power behind the object.<br>3.
