Macbeth wants to know more of what the witches speak of. "Stay, you imperfect speakers. Tell me more." Banquo is confused as to what the witches are saying and asks Macbeth what this is about. "If you can look into the seeds of time and say which grain will grow and which will not, speak, then, to me, who neither beg nor fear your favors nor your hate." They both want to know more and are interested in what the witches have for told to Macbeth and Banquo.
