  1. Scout shirt (Class A)
  2. Shirt insignia (457 numbers, Transatlantic Council shoulder patch, Scout rank patch, world crest emblem, and patrol patch)
  3. Troop 457 Neckerchief and slide
  4. Scout pants (or jeans)
  5. Scout belt
  6. Appropriate shoes (hiking boots or hiking shoes are best)
  7. Boy Scout handbook

Here is a list of the optional items you might want to add:
  1. Extra shirt and pants
  2. Class B (red) t-shirt and sweatshirt
  3. Merit Badge Sash
  4. BSA cap
  5. BSA socks
  6. Binder to keep track of achievements and merit badges
  7. Camping gear (tent, sleeping mat. mess kit, head lamp, flashlight, rain gear)

You can get the Troop 457 Neckerchiefs from Mrs. Stephanie Condon.
You can order the other items from Scoutshop.org or I think there is a local TAC Shop distro center at the USAG Brussels if you have access to the base.
