         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>Aerobic- relating to, involving, or requiring oxygen.</li><li>Asthma- a respiratory condition marked by spasms in the bronchi of the lungs, causing difficulty in breathing.&nbsp;</li><li>Abdominal- relating to the abdomen.</li><li>Reaction Time-&nbsp; is the amount of <strong>time</strong> it takes to respond to a stimulus</li><li>Coordination- he ability to use different parts of the body together smoothly and efficiently.</li><li>Nutrition- the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth.</li><li>Nutrient Density-&nbsp;<strong>Nutrient</strong>-<strong>dense</strong> foods contain vitamins, minerals, complex carbohydrates, lean protein, and healthy fats.</li><li>Empty Calorie- foods and beverages composed primarily or solely of sugar, fats or oils, or alcohol-containing beverages.</li><li>Progressive- happening or developing gradually or in stages; proceeding step by step.</li><li>Sedentary-&nbsp; tending to spend much time seated; somewhat inactive.</li><li>Cross-contamination- the process by which bacteria or other microorganisms are unintentionally transferred from one substance or object to another, with harmful effect.</li><li>FITT- The acronym <strong>FITT </strong>outlines the key components of an effective exercise program, the initials F, I, T, T, stand for: Frequency, Intensity, Time and Type</li><li>Osteoporosis- a medical condition in which the bones become brittle and fragile from loss of tissue, typically as a result of hormonal changes, or deficiency of calcium or vitamin D.</li><li>Macronutrients- a substance required in relatively large amounts by living organisms, in particular.</li><li>Micronutrients- a chemical element or substance required in trace amounts for the normal growth and development of living organisms.</li><li>Water Soluble- able to be dissolved in water.</li><li>Fat Soluble- can dissolve in <strong>fats</strong> and oils</li><li>Complementary Proteins-&nbsp; from foods that, when consumed together, make a complete protein that provides all of the essential amino acids our body needs</li><li>Lacto-vegetarian- a person who abstains from eating meat and eggs, but who eats dairy products.</li><li>Ovo-vegetarian- a person who consumes eggs but not dairy products or meat</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>
