         <title>1.) 2018 Cape Town experienced a severe drought and a day zero was made. Restrictions on water usage were made and residents were forced to conserve unless they wanted to pay fines. At the height of these restrictions individuals were only allowed to use 50L of water a day. Due to the city&#39;s efforts Day zero was pushed back until it finally rained. This demonstrated a whole city working together to survive a drought, one which was pushed away by conservation.</title>

Only 8% goes into the obvious usages like drinking.<br>The problem with that is that companies have to change something but they won't because governments value the access of companies to water more than to the citizens.<br>The problem is that the price for water is so low that it doesn't have value to companies. </div>]]></description>
