have been sailing since the age of 8. Specifically sailing is a sport, but I could say that it's an extreme sport because of the painful conditions when a sailing athlete runs a race. I sail twice a week. Also an another hobby is playing the guitar. I started lessons in 2010 and since then I haven't stopped playing the guitar. Generally, I have an overloaded schedule and I don't have much free time. However, when I am free-which is during the weekends- I like reading books. Books are always a good friend to me. It is a good way to improve my vocabulary skills and express my feelings. But playing the guitar, and just playing instruments in general, is my favorite hobby. In addition, music is one of the most incredible things in my life and the guitar will always be my favorite instrument to play though. Music can draw out so many different emotions, and give you amazing experiences when you listen and appreciate the small nuances of the piece!

My favourite hobby is Taekwondo and Hapkido. I occupy with these sports almost 10 years. It helps me to get away from daily routine. Also, are useful for self-defense in case of danger!

My hobby is karate and I think it’s a great way to learn self-defence , respect, self-control and patience. I started practicing karate at the age of 12.Our sensei teaches us well and keeps us motivated. Usually we train an hour on Tuesdays ,Thuersdays and Fridays .I’ve got a black belt which basiclly means that I have praticipated in the kata tests. Black is the last belt . It really doesn’t matter what belt you have, what really matters is the amount of training that you have done.

So as a hobby, each day I whirl the globe and point to a random country with my finger, and then I do some research about this country, its customs, and its most well-hidden attractions. I love to paint. It is my hobby. I paint with water colours. I like to paint beautiful landscapes. When we go on holidays to different places like hill stations, desert areas, river banks or the countryside, I always take my art material with me. I like to sit and paint a scenery as I watch it. There are many advantages to have something interesting to do in your life. A hobby gives you time to relax and reduces your stress level. Mine is mountain biking. It's a sport that takes you up the hills or mountains using specially designed bikes. The effort you need is big but my lungs are filled with fresh cold air, my eyes are the colours around me , different ones according to the season and my mind gets rid of sad and bad thoughts
